If a phrase could be a description perfect for this wooden LED-illuminated chaise lounge, it would surely be something like “escape to the other world.” Introducing lighting into furniture design, designer Jean Doherty has come up with a classy lounge chair dubbed the “Treetop Chaise” that apart from being sleek and comfortable also sets the mood with integrated LED lights. Carved out of birch ply with poplar slats, the illuminating chaise features legs made of real tree branches and LED stars, while the green dye gives a natural finish to the lounge. The Treetop Chaise also touts a curvy design to allow a natural body posture, moving you simply at the top of the comfort level.
